We all have different takes on what a “dream day” would be like. For comedian Amy Schumer a “dream day” means sitting in the courtroom of famous television judge, Judge Judy Sheindlin.
Wednesday (May 10), Schumer had the opportunity to not only be in Sheindlin’s courtroom, but to also sit on her bench. The 35-year-old comedian shared a video of herself receiving case documents from the show’s bailiff Byrd, who called the comedian “Her Funnyness’ on his own social media.
Before her visit was over, Schumer and her sister posed for pictures with Sheindlin as she presided over her courtroom.
Judge Judy is currently distributed by CBS Television and has been running for a total of 21 seasons. In 2013, it won its first Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Legal/Courtroom Program.
