Janet Jackson is ready to bring Rhythm Nation to both Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

Tuesday (May 2), Jackson announced dates for her upcoming Janet Jackson: State of the World Tour.

On Friday, November 10, Jackson will first bring the tour to Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Then on Monday, November 13, the tour will stop at the Wells Fargo Center right here in Philadelphia!

Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday, May 5 at 10 a.m. There will be a special pre-sale on Thursday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Just use the password RADIO.

In April of 2016, Janet Jackson cancelled numerous scheduled dates on her Unbreakable Tour in order to start a family. These cancelled dates included ones in Atlantic City (June 11, 2016) and in Philadelphia (August 24, 2016). All tickets purchased for the original show dates will be honored at the new dates.

Since her debut in 1982, Janet Jackson has released 11 studio albums, with the last, Unbreakable, coming in 2015. Of those 11 albums, seven have been certified platinum. Jackson also has 15 chart-topping singles to her name.
